Lab Without Walls Inc. is an Australian-registered not-for-profit organisation. Our members are committed to develop new ways to support health care in needy populations, mostly in remote, rural communities at home and overseas.
Lab Without Walls aims to extend the boundaries of the possible by pioneering new approaches to pathology investigations where this kind of clinical support has not been available before. That does not prevent us from working closely with public pathology service providers and higher education.
Taking the lab outside the lab
LWW is leading a coalition committed to taking pathology diagnostic equipment to the front lines. The organisation has already achieved breakthrough results, providing rapid diagnosis in remote locations with a scaled-down, extremely portable micro-lab.
